Going on holiday with a large group is great fun: you can really enjoy each other’s company, the beautiful surroundings or a lovely swimming pool. But where will you stay during a holiday with a group of 10 people? We know the perfect place. An amazing 10 person holiday home in North Holland is located in Heerhugowaard, and is a beautiful holiday home with a swimming pool and a jacuzzi, which are both heated. Furthermore, this house has everything needed to make this a wonderful family villa, for example, for the children there is a trampoline, a slide and fun swings. But for the teenagers and (young) adults among us there is a shuffleboard table, a table tennis table and a pool table to amuse yourselves, or just to make each other happy. This combined with a lovely large garden, veranda and very luxurious rooms makes this a holiday accommodation that will blow you away.

Characterful English villa in Zuidwolde
A little further to the east in the Netherlands is Zuidwolde, an idyllic town in Drenthe, where you will also find a beautiful 10-person holiday home. This is a characterful, English villa with everything you need for a successful holiday. It is located in the middle of a forested area in Zuid-Drenthe, within walking distance of the small-scale bungalow park the Nolderwoud, where Golden Stay also has several beautiful holiday accommodations, such as a bungalow for 10 persons, 3 villas for more than 20 persons and a real gem, the wellness holiday home with steam bath, whirlpool and large sauna which was introduced in the previous blog.

This English Villa is the perfect base of operations for enjoying everything that Drenthe and the Nolderwoud have to offer. Drenthe is a beautiful province with wonderful walking and cycling routes that can easily be reached from this holiday accommodation. The Nolderwoud offers great possibilities for groups of 10 persons: There are arrangements for going “klootschieten”, playing expedition robinson or even “wie is de mol”! Besides these adventurous group activities, you can also do plenty on your own, such as making use of the professional fishpond which has 10,000 carp(!), or swimming in the swimming pond close by.
Furthermore, this park really has everything you could want during a holiday in the Netherlands, except perhaps that it isn’t by the sea. It does have a large play barn for the kids and teenagers with a table football game, an air hockey table, a pinball machine, inflatable play equipment and plenty of other toys. There is also plenty to do outside, with several playgrounds and an air trampoline, a normal trampoline and a large playing field with volleyball net and soccer goals. For fitness, there is also a whopping fitness forest outside. In short, everything you need as a family in and around this 10-person holiday home in Drenthe is there.
