A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due no later than 2 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of €200.00. The damage deposit is payable 14 days prior to arrival. It will be automatically refunded on 14 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
