About Villa Klaas

Villa Klaas is our very luxurious holiday villa in Rijs, located just a stone's throw from the Rijsterbos and within walking distance of the IJsselmeer. The house is specifically intended for families who want to stay together across multiple generations, but it is also perfect for a relaxing vacation or weekend getaway with friends. It serves as an ideal base for sports, nature, hiking, cycling, and culinary enjoyment.

The Space

In the very large living area, you will find a delightful lounge sofa and a large dining table that can accommodate the whole group. On the same floor, kitchen kings and queens can fully enjoy the very well-equipped kitchen. Here you will find a meters-long countertop, large induction cooktops, two refrigerators with freezers, and two ovens. Kitchen assistants can sit at the bar.

For the little ones, there is a separate playroom with a lounge area with its own TV and a very well-equipped play corner with many toys, games, and puzzles. The house has an open character and is split-level, meaning the various living spaces are interconnected. The sliding door to the playroom can, if desired, be closed.

The villa has six double bedrooms, located on the ground floor. The largest room has an en-suite layout and a very spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower. Two bedrooms also have their own compact bathrooms, while the family wing has access to a very large bathroom with a walk-in shower and a freestanding bathtub. This wing has a very spacious bedroom and two bedrooms with two single beds.

In the larger bedrooms, there is enough space to add a cot.

Cots and high chairs are available.

There is a sheltered garden with lovely lounge sofas and a barbecue.

The house is fully equipped: the kitchen always has clean kitchen linen, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing detergent, salt, pepper, and olive oil. There are spare garbage bags for waste, and you will always find enough coffee filters for the coffee machine. Paper towels are also provided. The toilets have sufficient toilet paper, soap, and towels.

The beds in the bedrooms are made, and each guest receives a towel set.
