Villa - Golden Stay

Welcome to this luxurious villa in Riemst with a heated outside pool and a private winery! The place has 2 fully equipped kitchens: one inside, one outside. So whether you wish to get cozy on a bad day or to get out and enjoy the sun and fresh air, you will have a place ready for you and your friends to cook and enjoy your meals. From April 1st through November 1st, guests can indulge in the ultimate relaxation with exclusive access to the villa's luxurious heated outdoor swimming pool. The property provides comfortable accommodation in spacious bedrooms, suited for groups up to 10 guests. Each room is tastefully decorated in classical style with hints of art-nouveau, and has a designated en suite bathroom. Each en suite bathroom has a shower but 2 of them in addition to the shower have a full bathtub. Beyond the interiors, discover the outdoor oasis ideal for alfresco dining or quiet reflection amid the lush greenery unique to Riemst. The grounds are perfectly suited for leisure and convivial gatherings, offering ample space for outdoor activities in a peaceful setting. This exquisite property serves as an ideal base for exploring the charming region of Riemst, known for its historical charm and exquisite local cuisine. Whether you're embarking on a wine tour, hiking through scenic trails, or indulging in the cultural offerings of the nearby towns, this property provides the perfect setting to return to after a day of exploration.

We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and treat it as if it were their own. A refundable damage deposit of 1000 EUR is required, payable 14 days before your arrival. The deposit must be paid via a secure payment link, and cash payments are not accepted. It will be refunded within 14 days after departure, provided there is no damage or need for extra cleaning.

Rules for Preventing Noise Disturbances:
• Please be considerate of the neighbors and the surrounding area;
• No noise disturbances are allowed after 10:00 p.m.;
• Music is only allowed indoors using the provided Bluetooth speaker. Music in the garden is not allowed;
• Decibel meters are available. If the permitted noise level is exceeded, we will contact you and kindly ask you to lower the volume;
• If requests are not complied with, we reserve the right to terminate your stay early.
