Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due no later than 1 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of €500.00. The damage deposit is payable 14 days prior to arrival.
If cancellation occurs between:
30 and 14 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total booking amount is refundable.
If cancellation occurs between:
13 and 1 days prior to arrival, 0% of the total booking amount is refundable.

Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.
No parties allowed
No music outside
No bottles or other glass around the pool or jacuzzi
This a no-smoking property.
No pets allowed, unless specifically agreed upon.
Minimum age 30 years at the start of the booking.
Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure.
Drugs and excessive alcohol abuse are prohibited
We have the right to terminate this rental agreement during your stay if these rules are not followed.
