Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due no later than 1 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of €150.00. The damage deposit is payable 14 days prior to arrival. It will be automatically refunded on 14 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.

Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.

This a no-smoking property.
No pets allowed, unless specifically agreed upon.
Minimum age 24 years at the start of the booking.
Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure.
Drugs and excessive alcohol abuse are prohibited
We have the right to terminate this rental agreement during your stay if these rules are not followed.
