Hey there! I’m Sebastiaan, the Operations Manager at Golden Stay. But what exactly does that mean?

I help keep everything running smoothly, from coordinating our teams to making sure our properties are ready to welcome guests. I work closely with our cleaning, maintenance and guest service teams, connecting the dots and tackling the unexpected along the way.

A busy arrival day or a last-minute challenge? That’s where I come in! Together with the team, I help turn all the work behind the scenes into a great stay for our guests.
